Personal data are all kinds of information about an identified or identifiable physical person, including in particular name, surname, address of residence or another place of stay, PESEL, e-mail address, data concerning health and other data describing physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity of a physical person.
We process your data in order to communicate with you, including also for marketing purposes. In this scope the basis for data processing is the legally justified Administrator’s interest (art. 6 section 1 letter f of RODO).
We can also process your data in order to place an offer or to undertake other activities aimed at the conclusion of an agreement. In such case the basis for data processing is the necessity of processing them for the a/m purpose, according to art. 6 section 1 letter b of RODO.
Your personal data may be transmitted to other subjects exclusively in justified cases and keeping confidentiality of the data. Your personal data may be transmitted to:

Your data indicated in the contact form will be (kept) for the period you will maintain communication with the Administrator, including, in particular, by contact form, e-mail and profiles in social media (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram).
Your statement of your personal data is voluntary but necessary for communication. You have the right to the access to personal data, their amendment, deletion or limitation of processing as well as the right to raise objection against processing, the right to transmit data and to raise claim to the President
of the Personal Data Protection Office.
COOKIES
Our website uses the so-called cookies, i.e. information recorded by servers on end user’s equipment, i.e. for example on your computer, that may be read at each connection from this end equipment. Cookies files (the so-called „ciasteczka”) contain information data, in particular text files, stored in the end equipment of the user of internet service. Cookies usually contain name of the domain of internet service they come from, time of maintaining them in the end equipment and unique number.
1. Cookie files are used for:
a) tailoring of the contents of internet service pages to user’s preferences and optimisation of use
of internet pages, in particular these files allow for identification of the equipment of the internet service user and for displaying of a respective internet page tailored to his/her individual needs,
b) creating of statistics that help to understand how the users use internet pages what enables improvement of their structure and contents,
c) maintaining of internet service user’s session (after login) thanks to which the user does not have
to repeat login and password again on each sub-page of the service,
d) providing users with advertising material better adjusted to their interests.
2. On our website the following kinds of cookie files may be used:
a) „necessary” cookie files enabling use of services available within the internet service, e.g. verifying cookie files used for services requiring verification within the service,
b) cookie files serving for ensuring security, e.g. used for discovering of abuses in verification within the service,

These setups may be changed, in particular, in such a way that they block automatic services of cookie files in setups of internet browser or inform about each fact
of placing them in the internet service user’s equipment. Detailed information about possibilities and ways of servicing of cookie files are available in software setup (internet browser). Lack of change
in the setup as regards cookies means that they will be placed in the end user’s equipment and thus we will keep information in the end user’s equipment and get access to these information.
4. Turning off the use of cookies may result in difficulties in using of certain services within the page, in particular those requiring login. However, turning off the option of receiving cookies does not result in the lack of possibility of reading or viewing of contents placed on this website.
